9. Estimation, bidding, design, and direct supervision of over 1900 projects.

10. Scheduling and management of over 150 project managers, supervisors and laborers.

1. Husband of Diane Sharp Strader and father of Kathryn (11), Michael (9), Matthew (3) and Muriel (1)--This is actually my real full-time job.

2. Missions Ministry Team Leader for Common Ground Christian Church.

3. Founder of Star Missions, a non-profit 501-(c)3 arm of Star Environmental incorporated in 1992 to sponsor construction and medical projects both locally and in developing countries.
